SUPERCELL PLEASE HELP ME. This is the best game ever to me. I played like all the time everyday. Great game, in over all. I am incredibly disappointed in only one thing.... I lost my account. I am extremely sad about it. It was just a regular day, I go on and it says "Welcome" and I am suddenly in training camp as a level one. Now if it is my second account, that is fine. Sadly it was not, it was my first account. I never bought any money on this game and I made it to legendary arena yesterday March 29 2017. Getting 3,800 trophies is hard, considering that I dont spend money on games, including gift cards and things like that. So supercell, I hope you get this, and can fix my problem. I would be incredibly thrilled, if this can happen. If it cant, it is fine, I guess. I Was so proud of my self to get to legendary arena. I played this for like 1.5 years, and spent a lot of time into it. Please fix this, but this was the best game ever to me. This deserves a five star for sure. But I cant give it a five star until this gets fixed. You know, out of all my 7th grade friends, I would be ranked second, so this means a lot to me! Thx a lot for all you have done to this great game.

Dont spend a dime on this game! I have spent over $30, and every time I think Im getting a good deal, I get completely ripped off and get worthless cards. I have no problem spending money on a game, you cant ask for everything to be free. But to spend $10 on a box and get absolutely nothing is infuriating. Aside from that, I am always matched against someone 2 levels higher than me, its never a fair fight. You would think the game would favor the people that spend money, but Im ALWAYS the underdog. Im not sure what algorithm this game has set up and who the people are that are lucky enough to constantly be placed against people 2 levels lower, but it doesnt seem fair. In general, its a fun game, but dont spend money unless you literally want to flush money down the toilet. Supercell, if you are reading this, treat the people that spend real money better.

So i get on and win like 5 times in a row. Then I end up losing like 20 times in a row to the same decks. Sorry supercell Im not stupid, I can see you are rigging the game so that people will spend money. I understand its a business and all, but what you are doing is straight up greedy. Im a lvl 9 in jungle arena who is constantly having to play lvl 10 and 11 with much better cards than I have. And many of those cards are op. This game is more than a year old, and its super sad that there are still op cards. Elite barbs are the worst of them. They take zero skill to use and are way too overpowered in speed, hit points, and dps. They do more damage than two mini pekkas, for only 6 elixir. And I cant counter them with my skarmy when everybody backs the ebarbs up with a zap or log. And not only that. They are a COMMON card. So I constantly face lvl 12 elite barbs and there is basically nothing I can do. Are you guys aware of all this??? This card is one of the reasons why Id consider this a game of luck, not skill. They must be removed from the game ASAP. Same with the royal giant. Just as bad if not worse than the ebarbs. And many cards like executioner need a huge nerf. Imagine a heal spell rage spell and elite barb combo. Too op and zero skill!!! Quit adding new content, and start FIXING THIS GAME!!!!! The more content you add, the harder it is to balance the game, which is why clash royale is garbage as of now. Remove elite barbs and fix matchmaking maybe Ill start liking this game again.

So I suggest that you a guys should put a "clear deck" button so it is easier to create a deck. Well of course when you do put this, make sure there is a "undo" button, cause I can already see the complaints. Great Update by the way!

Clash Royale creators Ive been playing ever since the game came out and I still dont have a legendary!!! I play almost everyday. Please give me a legendary kind of tired of waiting thats why zero stars.

I am lvl 8 at 2700+ trophies and Im f2p. I am lucky enough to have legendarys though. Every time I battle, I play someone with lvl 11 commons or lvl 8 rares and I only have lv 7 commons and lvl 5 rares. This game makes it very difficult for a free to play player to get to legendary arena. You have to pay the game just to be better at it. Then, I play people who just have every card to counter my deck. This makes this game completely rigged for me and for anyone else. Then, the lag issues. When Im battling, the connection is perfect and then at the end during a close battle, the game just lags and and then goes back to normal after the opponent 3 crowns me and theyre spamming the laugh emote and thanks text. Then, the cards take forever to come out. Only download this game if you want ur life to be ruined.

Game is fun an entertaining, but their customer service is a joke and a huge disappointment. Dont expect any help from them if you have any questions.

Dont download it. All I ever get from chests are arrows or tesla. I dont use either of them.
