This game is getting unfair to play

Look i really love this game and i think it has potential. But there are so much players not giving others a chance of play and sometimes call to eachother badly. This game is causing a serious amount of unfair play and random opponent match find. Im struggling going to one arena and when i get there i find myself back to the arena i was before. You have to do something about this game...
