Cant purchase gems!!!!!

I have been trying and trying to buy gems but the buttons are theyre out and every time I press on them it says, "Processing. Transaction Pending" and I am not able to buy gems. Ive waited a lot of days already but it just wont fix itself and Im afraid that the challenge will end and I still wont be able to buy gems... SUPERCELL PLEASE FIX MY GAME BEFORE THE CHALLENGE ENDS!!!
