Not on the level

I play at a weak lvl 10. I compete with lvl 7 and 8 players. Occasionally, I encounter players at lvl 5 & 6 who seem to be disproportionally strong.

Today I was crushed by a lvl 1 player. The wAy this game is structured, this should be impossible.
