Why would you let people be rude?

So i like the game its fun, I may have spent 30 dollars in it. But after awhile it become almost impossible to get to the next arena, people will always win before you get there, its rigged after a few wins you always are paired with the same kind of decks that counter yours. At least half of the players that play this have some terrible sportsmanship, they dont care, its really rude and angers me. You need to be able to do something at least say something about not being rude. Otherwise this game is pretty good.
