P2W and Matched with high level people

So I started playing when it first got out. Right now Im level 10 with level 9 commons and level 6 rares. I start a match and of course, I get matched with level 10 people with level 11-12 cards! I always been a fan of supercell but I need to be matched with players my level. The people I matched up with had so many wins like 1000 up. For me I only have 600 up. People with the high level cards are totally P2W.
