Customer service is outsourced and horrible

Dont bother writing customer service about your issue. They will simply respond with the same template response they all use or when you call them out on it, change it just a bit. They dont help you solve any of your issues. In addition to the horrendous support (might as well be non existent since they have done nothing, not even say they will look into my issue), the game has some serious flaws. To talk about one, I am convinced they have an algorithm to keep you from winning too much once you climb up to higher arenas. All too often my go to decks will be getting me win after win, and suddenly they will give me opponents that have perfect counters in their deck. So I will switch my deck, start winning; then it starts giving me people who perfectly counter it again. Seems suspect to me. Even with this would be a 3/4 star game if not for the horrible customer service. They have ruined the game for me. I cant stand the idea of supporting a company who thinks the level of care that they have given to my issue is acceptable.
