Is it even possible to win anymore?

I have played this game for about a year now and I would win games often. When I entered the ninth arena I stopped climbing arenas because I would lose more than win, but I still won some games. I have been stuck in the ninth arena for five months now, but recently something odd began happening. I just could not get a win. Ive lost 23 games in a row, and get 0 wins and 3 losses in any challenge. It is probably something to do with skill, but Im a good player. I do not know why all of a sudden I cannot win games anymore. To explain why Im not a bad player is because I have been in the ninth arena winning sometimes but now I just cant anymore. Its most likely a surge of Clash Royale hardcore players. It would be a pleasure if they would fix the matchmaking so that I do not go against Clash Royale hardcore players.
